This Privacy Policy explains how Wondergifts (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you apply to or participate in the Affiliate Programme. We act as the data controller for that information.

When you apply and use your account, we collect:

• Identity and contact details: your first and last name, email address and city.
• Your channels: the Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and website profiles you submit.
• Application context: how you heard about us, and the referral and landing URLs of your visit.
• Account and earnings data: your affiliate links, the sales attributed to them, balances and payout details.
• Technical data: device and usage information, and the affiliate tracking code used to attribute sales.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

• Review your application and operate your affiliate account.
• Attribute qualifying sales to you and calculate and pay your earnings.
• Communicate with you about your account, codes, payouts and Programme updates.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and breaches of these terms.
• Comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Programme — including our affiliate platform provider, payment and payout processors, and email and analytics providers — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights, users and partners.

5. Cookies and tracking

Affiliate links carry a tracking code (for example a wg-af-code parameter) that lets us attribute a sale to the affiliate who referred it. We and our providers may use cookies and similar technologies to make this attribution work and to understand how the Programme is used. You can control cookies through your browser, though disabling them may affect tracking and attribution.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and thereafter for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations, or to resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where relevant, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where reasonable we will give notice through the dashboard or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change.
