1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your participation in the Wondergifts Affiliate Programme, also referred to as the Cash Kamao Programme (the “Programme”). By applying to, or participating in, the Programme you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not apply or participate.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and invitation

The Programme is invite only. We review every application and admit creators, influencers and website owners at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and we may decline or revoke access without obligation to provide a reason.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when applying, and keep it up to date.
• You must hold the social or web presence you submit, and have the right to promote on it.
• One account per person or entity. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be removed.

3. Affiliate links and promotion

On approval you can generate affiliate links through your dashboard. Each link carries a tracking code that attributes qualifying sales to you. You must use the links as provided and must not alter, cloak or obscure the tracking code.

You are responsible for how and where you promote. Your promotions must be lawful, truthful and not misleading, and must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Wondergifts wherever required by applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules.

4. Revenue share and commissions

You earn a revenue share on qualifying sales generated through your affiliate links. A sale qualifies once it is completed, paid for and outside any cancellation, refund or return window.

Commissions are calculated on the eligible order value, excluding taxes, shipping and any third-party charges, and exclude orders that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or made through self-referral.

The standard revenue share rate is shown in your dashboard. The advertised 16% rate is a special promotional rate that applies for the first month of the Programme and may change thereafter; the prevailing rate at the time of a sale applies.

5. Payouts

Approved earnings are paid out monthly through the payout method on file, subject to any minimum payout threshold and verification shown in your dashboard. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details.

Payouts may be held or adjusted to account for refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud or disputes. You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from amounts you earn under the Programme.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not, in connection with the Programme:

• Generate sales by fraud, incentivised clicks, bots, or self-referral.
• Bid on Wondergifts trademarks or operate misleading look-alike domains, accounts or ads.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or promote on sites containing unlawful, hateful or adult content.
• Make false, exaggerated or unauthorised claims about Wondergifts, its experiences, prices or partners.
• Misrepresent yourself as Wondergifts or as authorised to act on its behalf beyond promoting approved links.

7. Brand and intellectual property

Wondergifts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved names, logos and creative assets solely to promote the Programme, in line with any brand guidelines we provide. All intellectual property remains owned by Wondergifts. This licence ends when your participation ends.

8. Term and termination

Either you or Wondergifts may end your participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have breached these terms or engaged in conduct harmful to Wondergifts, its customers or partners.

On termination your right to use affiliate links and brand assets ends. Earnings properly accrued before termination remain payable, except where withheld due to fraud or breach.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Programme is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, traffic or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wondergifts is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with the Programme is limited to the commissions payable to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to the Programme

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Programme, or any of its rates, features or these terms, at any time. Where reasonable we will give notice through the dashboard or by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Programme.
